We are a small team of designers, developers and business types who have some big ideas on how the very best second-screen TV experiences should work.
Back in 2009, we came up with an idea to make a better way for audiences to interact at conferences, sports events, rock concerts and such-like. Organisers were using clunky keypads to let audiences vote, when everyone already had a mobile phone on them. Using the phone instead seemed like a better bet – cheaper, faster, prettier and with much more flexibility.
In the following months, we created a mass-scale interaction platform called Live Talkback. This platform and a number of associated apps and embeddable widgets has won some notable users in the TV world, including ITV, Liverpool FC TV, ESPN and Sky News.
The more we worked with TV shows, the more we realised that there was a great opportunity to connect the audience together and make TV better.
We are now busy working on bringing the TV audience to your living room with Tellybug.
